Kat’s clinical style is humanistic, trauma-informed, emotion-focused, and mindfulness-based. She enjoys walking with clients along their journey to a life worth living and highly values the clinician and client relationship. She believes empathy, openness, and trust are the cornerstones of a positive therapeutic alliance. Kat emphasizes the importance of experiencing emotion and being mindful of the current moment in her work with clients.
